Mental note on "mustard seed"...
I never knew that the Pharisees used the phrase "mustard seed" to manipulate their own Sabbath Day regulations. For example, "if there was sunlight as small as a mustard seed...".
I wish I wrote down the 3 or 4 other examples!
Anyway, I find it interesting that Jesus uses their own terminology to describe that the kingdom of God would start small with the gospel and grow to be bigger than all the garden variety of man-made religions.
